Nagacorp, which owns and operates the only integrated casino and hotel resort known as- Nagaworld in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, has successfully achieved its expansion plans worth USD369M in November 2017 as holding soft opening of TSCLK Complex- called Naga2. This TSCLK Complex features approximately 1,000 hotel rooms, 38 luxury VIP suites, a multipurpose entertainment/theatre; and additional gaming space. NagaCity Walk, the first ever underground shopping mall will serve as a linkway connecting NagaWorld Hotel and Naga2. The expansion plan is dated back in 2011 with three components: the so-called TSCLK Integrated Complex, the NagaCity Walk and a tourist park. HML has been appointed as the legal adviser since that time.
