Overview
Mr. CHUN Chanvatanak is a Senior Tax Adviser at HML. He specializes in tax compliance, tax audit, tax due diligence, tax planning and other tax advisory matters such as refund and dispute resolution. With his Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking and continuously practical experience, he gains an in-depth knowledge and know-how in structuring tax transaction to avoid unneccessary adverse tax consequences.
Mr. Chanvatanak assists and advises clients in many tax areas such as airline, garment and footwear, bank, brewery, trading (import and export), tobacco, real estate, special economic zone company, and other client from various sectors.
At HML, Mr. Chanvatanak also supervises junior staff in preparing application for tax registration, tax update, monthly tax return, and annual tax return. Furthermore, he provides training to team, both theory and practical works.
