Mrs. HUANG Cecilia is a Senior Legal Adviser at HML. She has a notable expertise in real estate and investment. She also specializse in banking and finance, corporate commercial, and construction.
With nearly 2 decades of experiences in Cambodia, she earned in-depth knowledge and understanding in Cambodian legal system, society, culture and history. From initial investment inquiry to application, operation and defense, she has produced a remarkable success for clients. Her recent achievable work was to assist a largest Cambodian entertainment company listed in Initial Public Offering (IPO) price of USD 369 million in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and expand to be the first Cambodian company to issue offshore bonds raising USD 300 million.
Her additional notable works can be evidenced by the growth of high-rise buildings and huge investment projects, both in capital and coastal city.
Prior to working at HML, she has obtained a nearly decade of working experience at a well-known law firm in Cambodia.
Mrs. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Law in Cambodia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from a York University, Canada. Utilizing her experience with knowledge in psychology, she has an exceptional knowledge in business deal.
