Ms. KANG Leap is the Founding Partner, Attorney-at-Law and Tax Agent of HML. She specializes in taxation, banking and finance, capital market, corporate commercial, real estate and construction, intellectual property and including dispute resolution relevant to these fields. With her Master Degree of International Business Law, Bachelor of Business Administration, and Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) as well as her continuously practical experience in such fields for more than 20 years, she is considered as a remarkable and highly-qualified attorney to provide insightful legal and tax advice with unique representation to specific needs.
Hallmark of her works can be evidenced by a successful membership application of the Securities and Exchange Commissions of Cambodia (SECC) to the International Organization of Securities Commission (IOSCO), assisting the largest Cambodian entertainment company for Initial Public Offering (IPO) price of USD 369 million to be listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange and also to become the first Cambodian company to issue offshore bonds raising USD 300 million, and providing an assistance to investors for a Payment Service Provider license (PSI).
Furthermore, Ms. Leap advises and assists domestic and foreign investors with their initial market entry, business operation including merger and acquisition (M&A) and represents/defends client interest as needed.
