Ms. Savna is an Attorney-at-Law and member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has a remarkable academic achievement by getting graduated from the Royal University of Law and Economics with dual bachelor degree in French-based law and Cambodian-based law. She continued pursuing her Master’s degree in Singapore, specializing in Cross-Border Business and Finance Law in Asia. Whilst pursuing her degree in Singapore, she also underwent a Registered Cross-Border Mediation Training program designed by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) where she received stellar results, expanding further upon her Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills.
From her legal background as the assistant to the General Prosecutor of the Appellate Court of Phnom Penh for several years, she has acquired a thorough understanding of the court procedures and many important court cases decision particularly with respect of high profile criminal cases that will broaden her experience in drafting the complaints, giving legal opinions and handling the litigation matter with the court(s).
