Ms. PATH Pisey is a Legal Adviser at HML. Prior to joining HML, she is experienced in conducting legal research on risk mitigation, collect and update legal database, conduct legal summary at the financial institution and the Centre de Recherche Appliquée en Droit (CREAD), makes her the important member of the legal team.
Ms. Pisey holds Master’s Degree in Economic Cooperation and International Affairs from the Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. She also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law from the Lumiére Lyon 2 University, Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, under a joint program with Lumiére Lyon 2 University, and Bachelor of Arts in English from the Royal University of Phnom Penh, Institute of Foreign Languages. She also has successfully completed the training course on Legal Mark Agent at the Ministry of Commerce and the distance learning seminar on Patent for IP Agent in Cambodia, organize by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency (KISTA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation.
Pisey specializes in conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters. She gives advice on legal matters, drafts legal opinions, briefs documents and reviews legal material. She handles corporate commercial, banking and finance, real estate and construction, intellectual property and investment.
