Overview
Mrs. RITH Raksmey is an Attorney-at-Law at HML and member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She used to be assistant to a judge at Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) and Phnom Penh Capital Court of First Instance for many years, and has acquired knowledges and experiences in handling both Civil and Criminal litigations, providing legal opinions, drafting complaints and relevant legal documents. In the framework to execute her main practice areas, she has been representing clients and defending relevant cases with successful results.
She has a remarkable academic achievement by obtaining scholarship to pursue and graduated LL.B. from University of Cambodia and LL.M. in Private Law from Royal University of Law and Economics.
She attended many legal short courses on Civil Code, Civil procedure code, Criminal code, and Coe of Criminal Procedure of Cambodia had been organized by local and international organizations.
