Overview
Mr. THOUN Nin is a Legal Assistant at HML. Apart from his primary practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate & Construction as well as Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Mr. Nin is dynamic and enthusiastic to assist and provide indispensable support in providing legal updates, researching and analysis cases, drafting and translating certain legal documents and cases follow up for the necessity process in the Civil and Criminal litigations. During his academic years, he attended many legal short courses on Civil Code, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Code, and Criminal Procedure Code of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and participated in many conferences held by local universities on implementation of those applicable laws.
