Ms. Bonich is an Attorney-at-Law and member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has a remarkable academic achievement as one of the outstanding students in the promotion and awarded “Best Memorial for Prosecutor” in National Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition in 2015 which enabled her to participate in the International Round of International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition held in Hong Kong in the same year. With her team, they have obtained an Honorable Mentioned Award for Memorandum for Claimant in 13th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot in 2016. Besides that, she has been the winner of a scholarship for exchange program in Indonesia where she has been broaden her knowledge in the ASEAN legal system and other commercial related-laws including but not limited to Cyber Law and other law subjects.
From her career development through the assistant to the judge at the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance for many years, she has broaden experience with one of the leading local law firms in assisting lawyers and legal teams to prepare and draft contracts, complaints, legal opinions, and other legal documents prior to joining HML in assisting in corporate & commercial as well as litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
